Mr. Gurunath Chakrasali is a qualified Civil Engineer from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Hubli; affiliated to Karnataka University Dharwad, having a total experience of about 27 years in the building construction industry, with the merit of managing various mega projects.

Mr. Gurunath Chakrasali’s work experience spans across many locations, including Goa. Mr. Guruanth was involved in many reputed projects for about 13 years, including the construction of residential bungalows for high-network individuals, row houses, apartments, industrial (CIBA GEIGY) buildings and a five-star deluxe hotel (GOA MARRIOTT) Owned by M/s. Palm Hotels (I) Ltd., Vasco-da-Gama, Goa, which was Marriott’s first joint venture in INDIA.
Mr. Gurunath Chakrasali as a Project Engineer for this project was part in charge of the project from its conception till the commencement of operations of the hotel. Mr. Guruanth Chakrasali currently heads the engineering department and is committed to the projects from inception till completion.
Mrs. Jayashree Chakrasali is a qualified science graduate(B.Sc) with an additional qualification (B.Ed) to teach. Mrs. Jayasree is involved with the day-to-day operation of the company, ensuring co-ordination between teams for various projects, which is a critical function in ensure on-time completion of tasks.
Mrs. Jayasree also heads the department of admin and accounts guiding the respective teams to manage each project efficiently. With an eye for detail, Mrs. Jayasree has been a signification contributor to the quality of each project, right from the time of estimation to planning to project completion. Mrs. Jayasree’s contribution to documentation and management is one of the key propellers for the growth of the business.
